At Demeter Fragrance Library, we want you to love your scent experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are upright and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Demeter

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
